Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions

 

These Digital Wallet Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you add a BancFirst Debit Card ("BancFirst Card") to an electronic wallet. They apply to you and anyone else you authorize to use your Digital Wallet ("Wallet"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not add a BancFirst Card to your Wallet. BancFirst reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms at any time and without notice as permitted by law, and your continued use of this Wallet constitutes agreement to all such changes.

When you add a BancFirst Card to the Wallet, you agree to these Terms:

1. Adding Your BancFirst Debit Card. You can add an eligible BancFirst Card to the Wallet by following the instructions of the Wallet provider. Only cards that we indicate are eligible can be added to the Wallet. If your BancFirst Card or underlying account is not in good standing, that card will not be eligible to enroll in the Wallet. When you add a BancFirst Card to the Wallet, the Wallet allows you to use the card to enter into transactions where the Wallet is accepted. The Wallet may not be accepted at all places where your BancFirst Card is accepted.

2. Terms that Apply. In addition to these Terms, you agree that when you use the Wallet, you will remain subject to the terms and conditions of all your existing agreements with BancFirst, its affiliates, and/or any unaffiliated service providers, your mobile service carrier, and your Wallet provider. These Terms do not amend or supersede any of those agreements, including but not limited to, your Cardholder Agreement with BancFirst or your Deposit Agreement with BancFirst. You understand that those agreements may provide for fees, limitations and restrictions which might impact your use of the Wallet, and you agree to be solely responsible for all such fees, limitations and restrictions.

You agree that only your mobile service carrier or Wallet provider is responsible for its products and services. Accordingly, you agree to resolve any problems with your carrier or Wallet provider directly without involving BancFirst. BancFirst is not responsible for the security, accuracy, legality, appropriateness or any other aspect of the content or function of the Wallet or any third party's products or services. Please note that in connection with authorization, the last 4 digits associated with these transactions may not match the last 4 digits of your card number.

3. Notifications. You agree to receive a one-time email, text or letter confirming the set-up of your Wallet. You may receive a confirmation for every card you enroll. Depending on your phone plan, you may be charged for sending and/or receiving text messages. You will be responsible for any applicable charges.

In the event that additional information is required to complete your card enrollment in your Wallet, you may be given options to call, receive an email or receive a one-time text message sent to the information we have on file for you. If you do not wish to receive a text message or email sent to your information on file, you may choose an option to call BancFirst. If you do not consent to receive any communications from BancFirst, you may Disagree to these Terms, which will cancel your enrollment.

To ensure proper delivery of any of the above communications, please make sure your contact information is up-to-date.

For help, questions, disputes, or complaints regarding your BancFirst Card or BancFirst account, please contact BancFirst at 1-855-889-9216. To cancel, text "STOP" to 62477. If you "STOP", you will no longer receive text messages from BancFirst. You may opt back into the BancFirst texting program at a later date, if you choose. To obtain a full list of supported keywords, text "HELP" to 62477. If you have any questions regarding the Digital Wallet Notifications, contact BancFirst at 1-855-889-9216.

You acknowledge, agree and understand that your receipt of any text messages may be delayed or prevented by factor(s) affecting your wireless service provider and/or other factors outside our control. We neither guarantee the delivery nor the accuracy of the contents of any message. Message & Data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Neither BancFirst nor the wireless carriers (including T-Mobile) are liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Removing a BancFirst Card from the Wallet. You should contact the Wallet provider on how to remove a BancFirst Card from the Wallet. BancFirst reserves the right to discontinue offering or supporting the Wallet for any reason. BancFirst may block, restrict, suspend or terminate your use of the Digital Wallet at any time without notice and for any reason, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Participating Carriers.
