Personal Online Banking

Money Management

Money Management is a free online financial management tool integrated into BancFirst's personal online banking. Our Money Management tool gives you the ability to aggregate information from over 10,000 financial institutions into one place, so you can see your complete financial picture. With Budget, Spending and Trend tools, Account Aggregation, and the ability to set Alerts and financial Goals, you have the power to take control of your finances and simplify your life.

Mobile Banking App

BancFirst's Mobile Banking app lets you access your account from an iPhone, iPad or Android device. With it you can:

  • Check balances
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • View account activity
  • Deposit checks using the camera on your device
  • Pay your bills with Bill Pay
  • Find the nearest BancFirst location or ATM
  • Set budgets and manage your complete financial picture with Money Management

The BancFirst Mobile Banking app lets you manage your finances securely - no personal data is stored on your device, we’ll never transmit your account number, and your mobile data transmissions are protected by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to prevent unauthorized access. The BancFirst Mobile Banking app is free, but web connectivity and usage rates may apply.

To get started, download the BancFirst app from the Apple Store or Google Play. If you haven’t already enrolled in our Personal Online Banking, click "Sign Up" in the app to get started.

BillPay

Pay bills online with BancFirst's BillPay service. BillPay lets you schedule and make payments as well as receive and pay bills. BillPay is free when 3 or more bills are paid per calendar month. A fee of $5.95 is assessed in months where this minimum is not met. With BillPay, you can:

  • Pay anyone, anytime, anywhere in the United States, from your mortgage lender to your newspaper carrier
  • Set up repeating payments, such as a car payment or rent
  • Schedule single payments up to a year in advance
  • The only payments you cannot make through your bill payment service are court-ordered payments and state and federal tax payments. BillPay saves you time, money, stamps and checks.

e-Statements

For your convenience, you may choose to receive your checking statements electronically. We notify you by email when your statement is ready. From a secure server, we provide you access to your e-Statement so you can view, download or print your statement and check images at your convenience. There is no charge for an e-Statement, however, a fee may apply to customers requesting both paper and e-Statements. PC Based Online Services

BancFirst provides your business with the tools to do more work in less time. Using an operator identification and password security system, you can tailor your online services to fit your individual business’ needs. With online services you’ll be able to:

  • View balances and statement activity
  • Transfer funds
  • Enter stop payments
  • Originate wire transfers
  • Originate electronic (ACH) activity

EFTPS - Electronic Federal Tax Payment System

The Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) is a system offered free by the U.S. Department of Treasury that allows individual and business taxpayers to make all federal tax payments electronically, including employment, income, estimated and excise taxes. No special equipment is required to use EFTPS, and you can make your payments using the Internet, or a phone. Once you enroll, you just enter your tax payment information and send it --and you receive an immediate acknowledgement of every transaction to keep as a receipt. EFTPS is easy to use, convenient, accurate, flexible and secure.

With EFTPS, you can use the following payment methods interchangeably: EFTPS-OnLine (www.eftps.gov), a secure web site where you can enroll, make payments, and check on your payment status and history; or EFTPS-Phone, an automated voice response system you use to make payments by phone. You can make your tax payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As an added convenience, EFTPS offers payment scheduling, which means you can plan for your payments in advance. You may schedule your payments for up to 120 days in advance of the tax due date for businesses or 365 days in advance of the tax due date for individuals. EFTPS will automatically make your payments for you on the due date you indicate, and your bank statement will show when the payment was made and for how much.

How to Enroll

To participate in EFTPS you must first enroll. You can enroll online at www.eftps.gov, or obtain an enrollment form from EFTPS Customer Service by calling 1-800-555-4477 or 1-800-945-8400. Within 15 days after you complete your enrollment, you will receive your confirmation materials that include instructions on how to obtain your Internet password for use online.
