BancFirst ("BANCFIRST") Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to all legal U.S. residents (including BANCFIRST customers and non-BANCFIRST customers) residing permanently in the United States and who are 21 years of age and older (at the time of the Giveaway drawing). Employees, representatives, and immediate family members of any employee or representative of BancFirst are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or to win prizes. Only one winner is allowed. All registrants, entries, and the giveaway winner are subject to these Giveaway rules (“Rules”).

2. How to Enter the Drawing

No purchase required to enter. Eligible individuals can register and enter the Giveaway by providing applicable information on any registration form and submitting their name and other applicable information for the Giveaway. Entrants to the Giveaway are allowed to register only once during Giveaway (as communicated by BANCFIRST) by following applicable online instructions where the Giveaway is available. These Rules will be available by posting or by applicable online link or connection.

3. Prize Available

The applicable prize will be available as communicated by BANCFIRST at the place and time of the Giveaway and will be awarded to one (1) eligible winner based on a random selection by a BANCFIRST employee or representative. The winner will be selected randomly at the end of the registration period of the applicable Giveaway from all submitted, valid and eligible entries at the designated location of the Giveaway. The Giveaway registration and entry period and applicable prize will be posted and/or communicated at the time and place of the Giveaway or will be provided upon request by contacting BancFirst at (405) 218-4171 or writing us at P.O. Box 26788, Oklahoma City, OK 73126.

4. Restrictions on Entering

Every one (1) eligible person can submit one (1) entry beginning October 14, 2025 and ending November 18, 2025. Subsequent and any invalid entries determined to be submitted in violation of these Rules will be declared ineligible and may be removed. As the administrator of the Giveaway, BANCFIRST reserves the right to disqualify, remove, or reject any subsequent or invalid entries and/or cancel the Giveaway if any entries violate these Rules or if tampering or illicit activity is suspected or determined. You will be asked to verify your identity and potentially provide information from any entry you submit. BANCFIRST may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Giveaway or receiving the prize if, in BANCFIRST’s sole discretion, BANCFIRST determines that the entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway by cheating, hacking, deception, or other practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any BANCFIRST facility, employees, representatives, or any other entrants or participants of the Giveaway.

5. General

One (1) winner will be randomly selected and notified by provided phone and email after the close of the applicable designated Giveaway. If any winner cannot be personally contacted within twenty-four (24) hours following the Giveaway selected winner, then BANCFIRST reserves the right to disqualify said winner, randomly draw another winner, and the prior winner will be considered to have forfeited their prize. 

This Giveaway is scheduled to end at 11:59pm, November 18, 2025. BancFirst has the sole power to terminate the drawing at any time, for any reason, without prior notification and to interpret the rules and decisions regarding the interpretation of the rules. All decisions of BancFirst are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters. 

BANCFIRST is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, ineligible, or misdirected entries. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event of unavailability of any stated prize, BANCFIRST reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value. All unclaimed prizes will be retained by BANCFIRST or given to another selected winner. BANCFIRST and its employees, representatives, agents, directors, officers, and providers shall have no liability to any persons, registrants, entrants, participants, winners, or any others engaging or participating in the Giveaway. 

BANCFIRST may request the winner to be present to receive the giveaway prizes. The winner must show valid identification to collect their prizes and BANCFIRST may request the winner to sign a liability and/or publicity release to receive their respective prize authorizing BANCFIRST (or its partners) to use the winner’s photo, video, name, information, and/or likeness in advertising or publication. 

A random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received for prize between the close of the Giveaway and before November 21, 2025. One (1) winner will be awarded a 2-night hotel stay at the Skirvin Hotel with valet parking, (1) $200 gift card to Good Egg Hospitality, and a gift basket, valued in total at $900-1100. 

Allergen warning: Items in Giveaway contain allergens including, but not limited to, tree nuts, eggs, milk, wheat, and soybeans. 

Hotel Voucher must be used by February 28, 2026. No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted. 

Prize is subject to IRS 1099 reporting requirements. The prize winner will be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes on the prize. The drawing will be conducted under the direction of BancFirst. All prizes will be awarded. The prize winner will be required to provide proof of identity and will be required to complete and sign an Eligibility and Liability Form. That form must be completed and returned within 7 days following notification or the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected using the same techniques as the original drawing.
