This method will be expedient, potentially more secure, and will promote paper efficiency. You may withdraw your consent at any time and return to receiving your information via postal service delivery.

 

To ensure that electronic statements and notices are effectively delivered, you agree to:
  • Notify us if at any time your statements, notices, or disclosures are illegible.
  • Notify us immediately if your email address changes.

 

You may notify us of these issues or changes by contacting your local BancFirst location or emailing us at onlinebanking@bancfirst.bank. We will provide a paper statement, notice, or disclosure upon your request for a nominal fee.

 

What will you need to receive electronic statements/notices/disclosures?
  • You must be enrolled in Online Banking.
  • Currently supported internet browser tool such as: Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, or Google Chrome.
  • Currently supported version of a PDF reader application such as: Adobe Reader, Foxit Reader, or Google Chrome.
