Jones

The perfect spot for a new town.

Our story is Oklahoma’s story.

Platted by Luther Aldrich in 1898 – whom nearby Luther, OK was named for – Jones was named after Aldrich’s friend and OKC mayor Charles “Gristmill” Jones. The town of Jones had a distinct advantage due to the proximity of the nearby railroad, which made travel to Tulsa or Oklahoma City, for either work or pleasure, a breeze. This Oklahoma town is now prized for the proximity it has to larger cities, but still maintaining its small town, rural feel.
